We cut, bend, form, cement and polish plastic into finished parts in our shop in Iwilei: display cases, machine guards, skylights, drain trays, signs and retail displays. One custom piece or a repeat run.
Cutting, routing, laser work, forming and assembly all happen in the same building, so your part doesn’t get passed between shops.

Common questions
Do you glue acrylic?
We cement it. Acrylic cement bonds the pieces into one, so the joint is cleaner and stronger than glue. People often call it glue, and that’s fine. We know what you mean.
Can you thermoform plastic here in Hawaii?
Yes. We form in our shop in Iwilei, from sheets up to 6′ x 10′: skylights, domes, drain trays, covers and curved parts.
Can you copy an old or broken part?
Usually, yes. Bring it in or send photos with measurements, and we’ll tell you how we’d make it.
How long does fabrication take?
It depends on the job. We give you a lead time with your quote.
