Computerized Cutting

We constantly operate a CNC ROUTER and BEAM SAW that will handle materials up to 10’ long, 10’ wide, and 4” thick to keep lead times low and quickly deliver products to our customers. Our machines will produce very consistent, high-quality results for single unit runs or high-volume tasks. Our customers will have fewer errors and quicker turn-around times than traditional, manual methods.

We are able to operate our tooling at 30,000+ rpm resulting in cleaner cuts, and faster feeds to perform complex shapes and engrave intricate designs.

For simple objects, we are able to vectorize features with a specified dimension provided by the customer. For more complex designs, like logos, we ask that a graphic designer provides us a vector file.
