Expanded PVC sheet, stocked in Honolulu and cut to size in our own shop. This one is White (#1500).
Expanded PVC is light, rigid and closed-cell, so it takes paint, vinyl and direct print cleanly and does not soak up water. It cuts and routs much like a soft wood.
Most often used for signage, exhibition and retail display, cabinetry panels and outdoor mounting boards. We cut it to size and fabricate in-house. Call (808) 847-1511 with your dimensions and we will talk it through.
