We laser cut and engrave acrylic and engraving sheet in our shop in Iwilei: signs, plaques, name tags, logos and display parts. One piece or a production run.
Our large laser cuts sheets up to 7′ x 10′. Two smaller lasers handle detailed engraving. The laser leaves acrylic with a clean, polished edge, so most parts are ready to use as they come off the machine.
Not sure if you need the laser or the CNC router?
Tell us about the part. We’ll recommend the right machine for the material and the edge you want.
Send a file (.dxf, .eps, .ai, .svg or .pdf). No file? Send a sketch or a photo and we’ll help set it up.
Clean edges and sharp detail, ready to install.
Polycarbonate and PVC don’t laser well, so we cut those on the CNC router instead. See our CNC routing service.
We match the machine to the material, so you get a clean result.
Since 1950, we’ve cut and fabricated plastic for Hawaii businesses, schools, museums and government offices.
Sharp detail, without the guesswork.
Clear quotes. Clean parts.
Yes. Send it as a vector file (.ai, .eps, .svg, .dxf or .pdf) for the sharpest result. If you only have an image, send it and we’ll tell you what we can do with it.
The laser is best for detail, engraving and acrylic parts with a polished edge. The CNC router is better for thick sheet, polycarbonate, PVC and HDPE. We’ll pick the right one for your part.
One piece is fine. Engraving has a small minimum charge per order. Ask for a quote and we’ll tell you up front.
