HDPE sheet, stocked in Honolulu and cut to size in our own shop. This one is White.
HDPE is dense, slippery and chemically inert. It shrugs off moisture, salt and most cleaning chemicals and will not splinter, which is why it lives happily on boats and in kitchens.
