Acrylic sheet, stocked in Honolulu and cut to size in our own shop. This one is Bronze, Med. Tint (#2412).
Acrylic is about half the weight of glass and far harder to break, and it keeps its clarity outdoors – of the common sheet plastics it is the one that holds up best to years of sunlight. This is cast sheet, poured between glass rather than pushed through a die, which gives a more even surface and a cleaner edge when it is machined, polished or flame-finished.
Most often used for windows and partitions, retail display, sign faces, and cut parts that need a polished edge. We cut it to size and fabricate in-house. Call (808) 847-1511 with your dimensions and we will talk it through.
